Natasha brings a global perspective and a disciplined, analytical approach to tax strategy. She began her career in Poland with extensive accounting experience before moving to the United States to study computer science.

Her combined background in accounting, business, and technology shapes a structured and thoughtful approach to complex individual and business tax matters.

She began her U.S. tax career at the nation’s largest tax firm, where she became one of the highest-revenue-producing Senior Tax Accountants, known for handling complex cases with clarity and precision.

Today, Natasha works closely with clients to minimize tax liability and provide confident, well-informed guidance.

Jim brings close to 30 years of financial accounting experience in the United Kingdom and the United States covering Auditing, Management Accounting and Taxation. His taxation experience has concentrated on tax compliance and advisory for business clients, individuals, fiduciary and non-profits working with CPA firms and Wealth Management firms.

Jim’s career began in London qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working with an accounting firm that allowed him to transfer to the United States. His US experience from 1970 progressed from auditing to line manager positions which included Controllership and CFO positions until in 2006 he set up his firm to concentrate on taxation. He qualified as a CPA in 1999 and today partners with Natasha Fischi to help clients navigate tax issues and implications with confidence and understanding.

Outside of work, Jim likes to hike, follow Chelsea soccer team and play card games.
